By accessing or using DevaDrishti ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
DevaDrishti is operated by DevaDrishti ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms govern your use of the website at devadrishti.com and all associated services.
2. Description of Service
DevaDrishti is a Vedic Jyotish platform that provides:
- Sidereal birth chart (Kundali) generation using the Lahiri ayanamsa
- Vimshottari Dasha timeline and period analysis
- Navamsha (D9) and yoga detection
- Personalised monthly predictions based on classical Parashari texts
- AI-assisted chart consultation via chat
- Live one-on-one Vedic astrology consultations
3. Disclaimer — Nature of Astrological Content
Vedic astrology is a spiritual and philosophical tradition. All content on DevaDrishti — including birth chart readings, dasha predictions, and AI-generated insights — is provided for guidance, reflection, and spiritual exploration only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
DevaDrishti predictions and readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Do not make major life decisions based solely on astrological readings. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, and financial matters.
Astrological predictions describe tendencies and possibilities, not fixed certainties. The Platform makes no guarantee of accuracy or specific outcomes.
4. Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when registering
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Take responsibility for all activity under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Credits and Payments
Certain features (AI chart readings, full consultations) require credits. Credits are purchased through the Platform and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store payment card details. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to registered users in advance.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission
- Use the AI chat feature to request financial, medical, or legal advice
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Abuse the credit system or attempt to circumvent payment requirements
7. Intellectual Property
All content on DevaDrishti — including the classical BPHS registry, prediction text, software, design, and branding — is owned by DevaDrishti or its licensors. The underlying classical texts (Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra) are in the public domain; our translations, adaptations, and modernisations are our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevaDrishti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
